Somerset Rural Electric has a year round program to complement the Lights-On program. Lights-On is for co-op members who are genuinely in need or face a crisis situation beyond their control. These types of problems sometimes prevent them from paying their electric bill. Keeping the Lights-On during stressful times is important and in some cases vital. Pennies from Heaven is set up for you to make a small contribution monthly on your electric bill by allowing the co-op to round-up your electric bill to the next dollar amount.
